DECORATED boat PARADE APPLICATION

June 22 - Bristol
Set-up starts at 6 p.m. Parade begins at 7 p.m.
The set-up area will be in the Bristol municipal park on Jefferson Avenue adjacent to the Lagoon. Boats must be portaged a short distance to the Lagoon. While parading, the boats will circle the Lagoon.

Decorate a boat and join in the fun. Decorations can be as simple as bunting or as elaborate aswell use your imagination. Team up with friends. Join with other boats and float as a group. Cash prizes will be awarded for the most humorous, beautiful, colorful, imaginative, typical of the Canal as well as Judges Choice and Best of Parade. Commemorative rosette ribbons for all.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
I/We , the below signed, waive all claims for myself, my heirs and assigns against the Friends of the Delaware Canal, the Pennsylvania DCNR, Landmark Towns of Bucks County, the Delaware and Lehigh National Heritage Corridor, and all sponsors, volunteers and promoters for injury or illness that may result from my participation in this event. I acknowledge that I am in proper physically condition to participate in this event. I acknowledge that I have fully read and understand this official entry form. I understand my own liability and accept the restrictions described herein. I further agree to permit use of any photographs taken in conjunction with the event for publicity purposes by the Delaware Canal Festival sponsors.
