Plain cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 mix using 20mm B.S.S HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges including curing etc., complete as per standard specification. Supplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification (MS rods or RTS bars will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate). The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor. Floor Finish with Cm 1:3, 10mm thick including all cost and conveyance etc., complete ReinforcedCement concrete 1:11/2:3 (One Cement One and half sand and three hard broken stone) using 20 mm, gauge machine broken hard granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 12 mm thick and with Kraft paper without claiming extra etc. as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specification.
