Who would be the audience for your media product?

Below is a group of girls who would be our main target audience. They are school aged so relate to the age of our characters.

We aimed our film at teenagers ages 13-19 although a wider age group might also enjoy our title sequence. As our main character is a male, this lead the majority of our audience to be female, and our survey showed that females rated romance and drama films higher than the males we asked. Our film is aimed at no particular class, and the setting we used would not limit this at all, although some of our shots have a large mansion in the background which suggest a higher class audience this was not our intention and the local area to the park is more working/middle class. Our actors were from middle class backgrounds so audience members of this class might find it easier to relate to the way they act and dress.
