Syeds workout for morning 25/04/12

Warm up : Normal warm session. Workout: 2 sets * 6 throws on 7.26 kg, walk back recovery. I want it to be like real competition throws. If it goes wrong then also you should try to recover from it and then throw a good distance. I want you to measure each throw i will cal you and tell how to do it. . Normal warm down session:

Afternoon session : This session you will be required to go to gym and train. I will call you and ask for what equipments you have got and then design one.

Evening session: same as morning session throws. measurement strategy too.
