and
forumsattacking
the
editor
of

anti-Semiticslurs
and

false
and
defamatoryaccusations.6.
Socrates'
attacks
quickly
became
more
personal,calling
the
editor
a
"strawman,
""stupid,""'afake
progressive,"
"a
scammer"and
a
"stale
act

Socrates'attacks

and
spread

the
moderators
at

BradBlog
and
then
to
otherpeople
associated
with
the
editor.

Socrates'
became
obsessed
withtheThe
Brad
Blog
editor
and
started
digging
into
everything
about
him.
9.Socratesdiscovered
that
TheBrad
Blog
co-foundedVelvet
Revolution
withJustice
Through
Music,
and
that
Kimberlin
was
the
director
of
Justice
Through
Music.

Socrates
thenbegan
diggingintoKimberlinanddiscoveredthathe
had
been
arrestedandconvicted
for
acrime
that
occurred
31
years
ago.

Socrates
then
began
posting
on
variousnationalInternetsites
that
The
BradBlog
editor
was
connected
to
aconvictedfelon
named
Brett
Kimberlin.

From
2008
throughOctober2010,
Socrates
has
madescoresof
anonymous
posts
on
numerousnationalwebsites
accusing
Kimberlin
of
murder,
pedophilia,
and
a

host
of
otherunspeakable
c r i m e s ~
with
each
postmentiomngTheBradBlogeditor.

From2008through2010,Socrates
was
bannedby
every
nationalwebsiteon
which
he
has
posted
about
Kimberlinbecausethose
postsviolatedthe
tenns
of
servicebybeingdefamatory,threateningandharassing.

Socrates
has
been
banned
from
posting
on
TheBradBlog,Democratic
Underground,DailyKos,
Raw
Story
and
others.
15.
On
many
occasions,afterSocrateswasbannedfor
his
threateningposts,
he
re-
registeredundera
different
nameornamesandpostedevenmorethreateningposts.Thesenames
included
Prepostericity,andthesenamesandtheirIP
addresses
werealsobanned
from
the
sites.

WhenSocrates
was
banned
froma
w e b s i t e ~
hethreatened
the
editors
of
those
websites
withmoreanonymousemailsandposts.
17.
Severalotherpeople
have
contacted
Kimberlin
who
havebeenthreatened
and
harassed
by
Socrates
tothepoint
that
theyfeeltheir
lives
are
in
danger.
18.
Kimberlinhasbeentold
that
by
some
of
thesepeople
that
they
haveattemptedtoseekprotectionfrom
law
enforcementandthroughthecivilprocessbuthave
been
unable
to
learn
whoSocrates
is.
19.
When
Socrates
could
no
longerpostharassing
attacks
againstKimberlinonlegitimatewebsites,
he
started
his
ownblog
in
March2009onGoogIe'sBLOOGER
