1. In addition to community hospital beds, nine residential Evaluation and Treatment facilities are certified to accept involuntary admissions: seven in western Washington and two in eastern Washington. 2. Beds generally staffed and available for use for involuntary admissions as of March 2012. Valley General Hospital (Monroe) closed its 14-bed unit in June 2011. 3. Lourdes Counseling Center closed its pediatric unit August 2008. 4. Navos operates 34 general ITA beds and 34 King County Regional Support Network (RSN) Evaluation and Treatment beds. (The RSN beds are not counted in the statewide total.) 5. Northwest Hospital and Medical Center operates 27 beds for patients aged 60 and older.

1. PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center increased ITA capacity by 10 beds and closed 10 non-ITA beds in July 2010. United General Hospital closed its geriatric psychiatric unit (10 non-ITA beds) in September 2008. Harrison Medical Center closed 12 non-ITA beds in April 2009. 2. Auburn Regional Medical Center increased non-ITA beds by 13 in December 2009.
