Perform as a ladder. So exercise 1 then rest 30 secs, exercise 1 & 2 then rest, exercise 1, 2, 3 then rest, exercise 1, 2, 3, 4 then rest, exercise 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Finished! NB.
