Music: Hip-Hop Music to set the mood to get ready for the workout. We want some more
Goals/Objectives:
1. To activate muscles so muscles are not tight before going into our actual workout.
2. To increase heart rate, breathing rate, and body temperature to prepare for the workout.
3. To mental prepare for our workout, to make sure our bodies are feeling well before we
start working.
Warmup: (5 Minutes)
*All exercises will be done for 30 seconds and then a 30 second break after the exercise.
Example: 30 seconds of Jumping Jacks, and immediately after there will be a 30 second break.
After warm up, encourage them to have a water break. This warmup is to get the muscles
activated so they do not go into the yoga poses with muscles that are tight.

2 Squats 30 Seconds
3 Lunges 30 Seconds
4 **Pushups** 30 seconds
Layout: *The amount of yoga mats is correlated with the amount of participants involved for the
class*
Example is used for 10 participants, you can add more if there are more than 10.
