organizations attract potential workers to apply for jobs. The primary objective is to attract a large pool of qualified applicants

The model consists of 2 categories of variables for recruiting & hiring effective & productive workers: 1. Criteria measures of success 2. Predictors information related to the criterion Organization measure predictors in an effort to predict who will be successful in a given job.
