It is a socio-legal study about “THE CHANGING TRENDS IN THE DIVORCELAW” since the inception of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. An endeavor hasbeen made to know about the possible reasons as to why a marriage unioncame to an end by means of divorce in the modern era.
