    FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS'S BOYS OF SUMMER, 1960

    This document contains the 1960 schedules and rosters for the Fayetteville, Arkansas Little League, City Park League, and Babe Ruth League. The Little League had eight teams with about 15 payers on each team. The auxiliary City Park League also had eight teams with an average of 18 kids per team. Altogether about 265 kids between the ages of 8 and 12 played on teams in these two leagues. The Babe Ruth League, for players between the ages 13 and 15, had eight teams with an average of 15 players per team, a total of 120 players on team rosters. The total number of "boys of summer" listed on the rosters was about 385. Some players dropped out during the summer, others were added to teams.
