Prof Phatak 09:45 to 0955 - Director IIT Bombay, Prof Devang Khakhar, delivers his address 09:56 to 09:59 - Prof Phatak announces the presence of Honorable HRM at Delhi, and invites him to address the participants. [Prof Gaitonde connects A-View to MHRD Delhi at this point] 10:00 to 10:15 - Address by Honorable HRM, Shri Kapil Sibal 10:16 to 10:21 - Interaction of some select Remote Centres, with Honorable HRM [5 Centres: Agartala, Kanyakumari, Rajkot, Srinagar, and Nagpur. Prof Gaitonde transfers A-View control, finally switches it back to Delhi] 10:22 to 10:27 - HRM makes brief concluding remarks, and launches Aakash-2. - HRM asks IIT Bombay to hand over one Aakash-2 tablets to the representatives of Remote Centres, as inaugural transfer 10:28 to 10:30 - Prof Sukhatme, and Prof Khakhar hand over the tablets, on behalf of HRM, to Principals/Directors of 4 colleges.
