Step by Step Treatment 1st treatment of the cure

Welcome Relaxing Massage Cf. specific techniques Make-up removal Apply CAMOMILE EYE MAKE-UP REMOVER to the eyes. Then apply MULBERRY BRIGHTENING MILK* to the entire face, the neck and dcollet. Emulsify making circular movements. Rinse then tone with MULBERRY BRIGHTENING TONING LOTION*. Dry. Exfoliation: Prepare the skin Peeling 1. Prepare 4 cotton pads soaked with HYDRO-NEUTRALISING SOLUTION in a dish. 2. Apply 2 new cotton pads in another dish and apply 5 pressures of PEELING 4/26 on each cotton pad. 3. Prepare 2 fold in half cotton pads, soaked with AZULENE TONING LOTION, then place them on the eyes. 4. Apply PEELING 4/26 to the entire face from the less sensitive areas (neck, chin, forehead) to the most sensitive (cheeks, nose, crows feet) by insisting on wrinkles and pigmentation marks. Return cotton pads and perform a second passage. Leave on for exactly 2 min. If the client is used to peelings and does not feel any sensation of discomfort, you can progressively leave PEELING 4/26 on, until 5 min. Neutralisation Remove the cotton pads from the eyes. Take 2 cotton pads soaked with HYDRONEUTRALISING SOLUTION and apply them to the entire face starting from the most sensitive areas, then return them and perform a second passage. Start again with the 2 others cotton pads. Rinsing Thoroughly rinse with water using new cotton pads (until disappearance of tingling). Tone and dry. Precaution for use: avoid any contact with the eyes, avoid any exposure to the sun after the peeling or use a protection adapted in case of sun exposure in order to avoid any risk of UV sensitizing linked to peeling.

Mask: Intense repairing Using a brush, apply IRIS LIFT MASK in a thick layer to the entire face, the lips and the eye contour area. Leave on for 10 min. Rinse with cotton pads. Tone with MULBERRY BRIGHTENING TONING LOTION* then dry. Serum: Local programme Apply MULBERRY BRIGHTENING INTENSE SERUM locally on pigmentation marks then apply a gauze to the entire face, and apply again the MULBERRY BRIGHTENING INTENSE SERUM locally on pigmentation marks. Leave on for 10 min.

Use PEELING 4/26

Massage Remove the gauze then apply MULBERRY BRIGHTENING INTENSE CREAM to the entire face, the neck and the dcollet. Proceed to the massage. Remove the excess of cream. Rinse and tone with MULBERRY BRIGHTENING TONING LOTION*.

Mask: Enlighten the complexion Apply MULBERRY BRIGHTENING INTENSE MASK with a brush to the entire face, the neck and the dcollet. Leave on for 10 min. Rinse and tone with MULBERRY BRIGHTENING TONING LOTION*. Dry. During the mask leaving, you can also apply the mask to the hands. End of the treatment With light effleurages, for the eye contour apply AZULENE SOFT EYE CONTOUR CREAM. Then apply MULBERRY BRIGHTENING INTENSE CREAM to the entire face and neck. Press hard on the stopper of TECHNI-SERUM C10 with the thumb to release the pure vitamin C in the anti-ageing serum. Shake, then remove the stopper and attach the measuring cap. Remove the ministopper from the measuring cap.

Apply to marked areas lightly squeezing the measuring cap with fingers. Make it penetrate using alternating small circles and smoothing movements. What is a melanocyte ?
Melanocytes represent about 3% of the epidermis cells that are more or less variable according to the body areas. They are responsible of the skin pigmentation. They are dendritic cells which presence in the basal membrane is very irregular: they are concentrated in some areas, while other areas of the epidermis totally lack of it. From 30 years old, the number of active melanocytes decreases by about 10 % each 10 years. It leads to an irregular pigmentation and pale skin. Photo-exposed melanocytes that remain in the epidermis are hyperactive and their number is multiplied by 2 in the irradiated areas. This is provoked by the cellular splitting because of UV effect.

Melanin
The melanin, natural pigment of the skin, is synthesized in intracellular elements called melanosomes, which migrate along the melanocytes dendrites toward keratinocytes. The melanin pigmentation of the skin comes from the combination of two pigments : phaeomelanin, from yellow to red-brown colour, eumelanin, from brown to black colour. The melanin plays an important role in the skins protection against the attacks of UV radiations: under the influence of these radiations, free radicals are released and the melanin acts as an antioxidant. It catches these free radicals and thus protects the cells of the epidermis.

Melanogenesis
In the heart of melanosomes, the melanin is synthesized thanks to complicated chemical reactions, from an amino acid, the tyrosine, and in the presence of a key enzyme, the tyrosinase. UV stimulate the synthesis of melanin in melanocytes because of the direct activation of the tyrosinase.
