On the competition stage, Tilly Sproule of Tim Adams Specialty Coffee has a gift with words. She captivates the audience with her recounts at origin and has the judges hanging on every syllable, but on the occasion she was named the 2019 Rising Star in the Eleonora Genovese Women in Coffee Awards, she had no words.
