As authorities clamped down on alleged bogus schools in a township in Gauteng this week, another school in an affluent suburb has been operating illegally since last year. City Press has established that a Spark School in Weltevreden Park, which was opened last year and offers lessons from Grade R to Grade 4, did not get approval from the department to operate.
