SAA funding ‘lead’ delays Mboweni’s mini-budget

A last-minute “lead” to possible funding for embattled national carrier SAA has been cited as the reason for Finance Minister Tito Mboweni’s request to Parliament for the medium-term budget policy statement to be postponed until October 28.
