Bont Helix Shoes

MY FIRST SIGHTING OF BONT shoes was many years ago when, racing at the local velodrome, two speedskaters turned cyclists were experimenting with prototype Bont cycling shoes. That they were speedskaters makes a lot of sense, because Bont’s first business was making boots for fast skating.

Bont turned their attention to cycling and were working out the kinks in their first design with the help of people who were fast on two or eight wheels.
