If you don’t recognise this face, you soon will! Precious Lee has been strutting cover. Discovered in Atlanta, the trailblazer started modelling at 18 and was soon walking for Christian Siriano. Tommy Hilfiger followed, before appearances in Kim Kardashian’s Skims campaign and Rihanna’s epic Savage x Fenty show. Whether draped in pillarbox red Maison Margiela, or emblazoned head-to-toe in the Fendi logo, it’s clear that Precious loves high fashion. Although she didn’t look like conventional models, Precious was set on appearing on revered runways and, finally, the world has caught up. Her recent gigs include Versace’s latest show and a campaign shot by Mert and Marcus. She took to Instagram to thank Donatella for raising the bar, “Not one little black girl can say they can’t, because we can, we always could, and when you stay true, you will… I’m a Versace Hottie”.
