e women have a lot going on. Whatever age we are, the life of a woman, more often than not, involves juggling many things: family; work; community; relationships; friends. We are very often looking after others, whether it’s dependent children or ageing parents. And we are usually quite good at keeping on top of our own health maintenance: all the regular checks and tests we need to do to stay well. It can be exhausting to think about also trying to make sure someone else looks after their health maintenance, too.
