Guiding spirit

On paper, Katrina Flokis is like many Australian women – her life is brimming with work, family and everything in between. Her Linkedin profile reveals three decades working in managerial roles across the corporate healthcare sector and she has two grown children who share her home in Sydney's leafy northern suburbs. She also recently enlisted the help of a new personal trainer. “To get some of my fitness back,” Flokis shares. “I'm loving that. Reconnecting with my physical body.”
