About this audiobook
The no-f**ks-given, no-holds-barred guide to living your best life.
Ever find yourself stuck at the office – or even just glued to the couch – when you really want to get out (for once), get to the gym (at last), and get started on that "someday" project you're always putting off?
You need to Get Your Sh*t Together.
In The Life-Changing Magic of Not Giving a F**k, "anti-guru" Sarah Knight introduced listeners to the joys of mental decluttering. This book takes you one step further – organizing the f**ks you want and need to give and cutting through the bullsh*t cycle of self-sabotage to get happy and stay that way. You'll discover:
- The power of negative thinking
- Three simple tools for getting your sh*t together
- How to spend less and save more
- Ways to manage anxiety, avoid avoidance, and conquer your fear of failure
- And tons of other awesome sh*t!
A Hachette Audio production.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I love listening to Sarah Knight read her "anti-guru" advice! This book motivated me to stop thinking about the things I wanted to do and to really put them into action. It is TBD whether or not this will last, and in all likelihood I'll hit another rut that I will need to be pulled out of soon. That being said, I appreciate how Knight connects will all types of people and how blunt she is about just needing to do things for yourself.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Well worth a read, sparked a few ideas in me and made me think about how I keep being unselfish and miserable while if I was more me I'd be happier and other folks might respect me more. I need to make some plans and get some things orgnised. Possibly not for everyone but it was a good read for me.Now to set up a personal bingo card.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Way more impressive than her former book. I wish she didn’t spend three chapters talking about what she was going to talk abou ?
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A super entertaining, quick read, but pretty thin when it comes to actual, actionable advice.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Given the title, I was hoping this book would be really funny. There were some funny parts, but I wanted more. This is a tongue in cheek self help book. There is some good advice, but nothing really earth shaking. I'm glad I borrowed this from the library rather than purchasing it. I can't see myself rereading this.
