      This is an awesome story that left me with all the feels when I was done with it.

      Nate is a Dom who is being blackmailed into ruining submissive women. Eva is the last name on his list. Once he's done what he's supposed to with her, he is going to be done. The problem is, after meeting Eva, he knows that there is no way that he can be done with her.

      Eva is dealing with her own secrets. She's had dark things happen in her past, and those things have chased her from place to place at times. She's a sub who wants to be owned at some point. When he offers her a 3 week trial period, she thinks things are going to be good, until Nate's blackmailer gets involved and wants him to get rid of her.

      Nate and Eva both worry about their secrets and how they will affect each other. Nate finds out things that he has to keep from Eva, involving her and his secret, namely, who forced him to do what he had to do.

      Great story with characters that I really connected to. The story really drew me in. I couldn't put it down, even when it made me cry, which it did in a couple of places. I love that Nate, after being a jerk realized that he was a jerk and did what he could to fix the problems he caused and other problems too. Sadists of the world, unite!

      I can't wait to read the second book in this series.
