      Galen's series are hit or miss with me. The Survivors is strong, Jewels of the Ton, and Covent Garden Cubs are good, this series is starting to scrape the bottom of the barrel, and Regency Spies was pretty awful.
      This book is okayish, 2.5 stars rounded up. It didn't feel very 'buyable' to me, so there was some emotional disconnect. The characters felt a little generic, I didn't dislike them, but I didn't care very much about them either. Kinda 'meh'.
