- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This book is highly informative with reliable and trustworthy information. Great connections are made bridging together Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, and modern medicine. A reader's personal experience with pregnancy will probably influence how useful they find the book and/or how much they like the book.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5If you can take what serves you and leave anything that doesn’t, this is a great read. Some things did not align with my beliefs, but there was an immense amount of helpful suggestions and even just ideas to think upon regarding preconception. Would recommend
