About this audiobook
Mistletoe is beautiful and dangerous, much like the woman from Lord Frederick’s Percy’s past, so when he turns over a new leaf and arranges to marry for his estate, instead of his heart, he never expects the wrong bride to be the right choice. Gracelynn Ferguson never expected to take her elder sister’s place as a Christmas bride, but when she’s thrust into the choice, she will trust in her faithful novels and overactive imagination to help her not only win Frederick’s heart but also to solve the murder mystery of Havensbrook Hall before the ghosts from Frederick’s past ruin her fairytale future.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The writing and story line are outstanding the humor delightful you’ve become one of my favorite authors
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book has it all, with endearing main characters, mystery, intriguing, and a swoony romance. I enjoyed the Christian elements that were there without being preachy. It was my first book by Pepper Basham, but it won’t be my last.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5The main character has such a kind and fun personality! You can picture things happening and appreciate the feelings of her heart. It was fun to see the little parts of mystery without it being too much.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5GRACE (Amelia Bedelia) with wit, charm, intelligence, compassion and great detective intuition. I laughed a lot. Oh did I forget romance!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Loved the heroine’s enthusiasm for life and for her (unexpected) husband, and the way her approach to life and troubles reminded me of our true, best hero, the perfect author of our own stories. A sweet and simple, fun, romantic romp through a clever Austen-ish plot.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A good read. A little silly at times, but a sweet love story and a very easy listen.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I really enjoyed discovering this new author and I fell in love with the characters right away. Can't wait to continue on the next books in the series.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Marriage, duty, love, family, sacrifice, England and America, a developing mystery with evil people and caring people -Lords and Ladies. The old mansion setting and even a well placed look to the bible for guidance! Uplifting! Just what I needed! MMT
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This was such a delightful story. I loved the characters. Their strengths and weaknesses. Thank you for keeping Frederick strong and endearing. And Grace!!! What a wonderful character. The narrator did a great job. I feel that a narrator can make or break an audio book. This is worth reading or listening too.
