- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I absolutely loved this book! This book will surely help me to move closer to a complete plant based lifestyle. Veganism is the goal, since I’ve been semi vegetarian for well over 20 years, this book will help me make the jump to a more plant based lifestyle. So insightful and well laid out with loads of science to back its claims. Plenty of delicious sounding recipes and encouragement to go along with the slight nudging towards a more healthful lifestyle.
