About this audiobook

Excel at the Game of Life with Research-Backed Strategies
We all understand the basics of physical fitness, and many resources teach mindfulness, business skills, and entrepreneurial chutzpah. But often undermining these goals are less-tangible roadblocks — mental and emotional baggage, deep-seated insecurity, self-judgment, and overwhelming stress and anxiety. In The Full Spirit Workout, Kate Eckman draws from her multifaceted training (as an athlete, executive leadership coach, and meditation teacher) to present a program that will empower you to break through these blocks and accomplish your goals. It’s a rewarding workout made up of daily mind-body-spirit exercises and neuroscience-based practices that bolster resilience and inner strength. Best of all, Coach Eckman builds in creativity, flexibility, and delight so that each “rep” feels less like work and more like play.

Editor's Note

A workout for your inner self…

Body, mind, and spirit are all valued components of our human existence. We go to the gym to keep our bodies fit and to school to keep our minds sharp. But what about your spirit? How do we keep that part of us not only alive and well, but in its best shape? Kate Eckman has developed a program to help everyone from athletes to CEOs train themselves to go above and beyond to accomplish goals, one “rep” at a time. It’s like a workout for your inner self.

This book was incredibly refreshing! First time I’ve read/listened to a training manual that actually works on spiritual fitness. Brilliant! I absolutely loved this book and how it was narrated. Definitely on my ‘must-read/must-listen to’ list. I enjoyed the many practical, purposeful techniques on building those spiritual ‘gains’. The author creates an intimate space that encourages growth and reflection in the most honest (and playful) way.

So inspiring! I’ve read many self-help books and this one is at the top of my list. One that I’ll be referring back to often. I loved the tools Kate gives you to figure out what’s really going on inside, the questions she asks, journaling prompts and meditations. Her story is real, honest and insightful. Grateful to have found this book!

Kate's new book is so amazing! The vulnerability through each page is empowering. I really enjoyed consuming the practical tips along with learning the research behind each of them. This is a great book to read / listen to for the rest of 2021.

Same stuff said over and over again in other books. Absolutely nothing new aside from new profits for this person. The steps are said in the first minute or two of each chapter and then each chapter goes into her personal life stories. Don’t waste your time unless you don’t mind wasting your time listening to hours and hours of someone’s life stories.
