A codependency book on improving your life through boundaries and peace. Karen Casey, bestselling author of Let Go Now and Each Day a New Beginning, has had her own experience with codependent behavior, and she is here to share what she has learned along the way. Through her own stories and the stories of those she has met through Al Anon meetings and elsewhere, she shows you how to detach from unhealthy codependency, create more positive relationships and, ultimately, lead a less stressful life.
Inside, you'll learn how to:
- Recognize and acknowledge your own attachments and codependency

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Easy to read. Too often mentioning God. If you are not a religious person like myself it could be off-putting. However, I liked the content.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book made me realized that I am a codependent, and it help me to ask for help and start a new journey .
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5It’s pretty much all stories of people who turned their lives around through Al-Anon. It’s nice to hear about their successes, but it didn’t help with codependency.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I loooved the book thank you ❤️
