      It was just okay. It started off really interesting but then lost its appeal and was somewhat corny

      Donovan and Naomi are the couple I didn’t know I needed. I love when heroines are strong and fierce and smart. Naomi was my favorite in this book. But that’s not to say that there was anything wrong with Donovan. He was maybe too perfect. Together, their chemistry was off the charts hot! And of course, a heavy dose of Landrys and animal craziness is always in order. Especially when you add in a couple of Hot Cakes cameos. And the audio narration was great. It was my first listen from Zara Eden, but certainly won’t be my last.

      Sealed With a Kiss AUDIO by Erin Nicholas is the story of Naomi LeClaire and Donovan Foster, Griffin's younger brother. Donovan has made a name for himself as a wild animal rescuer and become an Internet star because of his high profile. He has taken some time to reacquaint himself with his brother who has taken up residence in Autre. Naomi is a retired child television star who relishes her privacy. The whole town knows it and no one talks about it. She has a huge crush on Donovan but has kept still about it, spending her time worrying about the precarious situations he finds himself in. Tonight's its rescuing baby bears in the middle of a hurricane. She follows him to talk some sense to him and ends up helping with the baby bears. She is as in to the animals as she is Donovan. Later, that night in the barn, it turns out she is not the only one interested. But, he is leaving, and she knows it. When things calm down they both join a group going further into damaged territory to help with the cleanup and rescue animals.

      This book is as adorable as all of Nicholas' books but not as well suited to audio as some of the others. There are spots where the original used certain phrases to help the reader keep track of who was speaking, which became repetitive in the audio version. The book shines because of the hot sex but also because of the animal rescues and how the animals are used as more than objects to be looked at, like as support animals. There are always children in the books as well; despite the fact the stars of the series have barely begun having their own. It is an interesting and fun experience to read or listen to one of these books.

      Jason Clarke is the male reader and does a credible job sans any sort of Southern accent, even a hint. Zara Eden is the female reader and not the same one used in the Nicholas' books I have previously listened to. She was good. Her voice was not tentative, which has been one of the complaints I have had in the past. Naomi is anything but tentative.
