My book is also available on B&N and Amazon, and in paperback on Createspace (https://www.createspace.com/4621110) Apple and Kobo have issues with Gay BDSM, probably because the book is illustrated ;-) Don't know if I should have put those in, but it was fun, so why not? Plus the artist is very talented.
