He has been a professional people development coach, assessor and trainer for over 20 years. He is a professional, with particular interest in coaching, training, career development and organisational change to improve.
Graham has wide experience in the Public and Private sectors, Higher Education, general management, running small to medium enterprises (SMEs), self-employment, training, coaching, consultancy and assessment. His most recent achievement (to be really proud of) was to lead his Directorate to Investors in People Gold success, making them at the time one of the top 1% of organisations in the UK.
Graham is married with grown up boys, he likes to write, travel, play golf (badly), watch TV, DIY, enter quizzes and walk - but he gets his biggest ‘buzz’ when someone he coaches is successful at a job interview.view less
