      All this book recommends is to go right away when you need to go, elevate your head and torso when sleeping,don't wear tampons and wear loose clothing. Absolutely no real good info. on how to cope with the conditions it lists... no diet recommendations or new medical info. of any kind. Don't waste your time on this book.
