About this ebook

The Book of the Arab follows the elusive trail of the Necronomicon from its beginning in 730 A.D., when it was written by Abdul Alhazred, the "Mad Arab," in Damascus. The Book of the Arab was originally first published by Starry Wisdom Press in 1979. It was quickly suppressed by groups seeking to keep the Necronomicon hidden. This book makes a bold attempt to ascertain the current whereabouts of the Necronomicon based on its printing history. Anyone with an interest in black magick will appreciate this examination of the most notorious grimoire of all time. Be warned that the Necronomicon is an instrument of evil that leads to death and destruction.

    Beware

This is a warning to those of you who plumb the dark depths of the Necronomicon. The information contained in this publication leads to personal ruin. This is a treacherous road which consumes your inner being.

I admit that I have fallen into the abyss. My pursuit of the infernal work has left me emptyhanded. It’s also true that I have never personally seen the Necronomicon in any form. That is the nature of the elusive Necronomicon. It is to pursue but never to catch.

This book was banned following its publication in 1979 due to death threats against my person. There are certain cults that seek to preserve the hidden location of the Necronomicon.

From occult scholars studying this short work, I ask one thing. You must make good use of the material contained within this book and further research the shadowy history of the Necronomicon to unravel its mystery. I know that there are scholars better than myself who can do this. I do not have the final word on this subject.
