Howard Hughes
Howard Hughes became a millionaire at age 18. Both his mother and his father died the previous year and Hughes was awarded 75 percent of their estate.
He disdained the idea of running his father’s Hughes Tool Company, choosing instead to go to Hollywood where he would produce movies.
