      Next time you're sitting in an office look around. Look at the workers staring mindlessly at their computer screens. Look at them trying to appear busy while they sip coffee and wait for the time to pass. You'll probably make snap judgments about the people you see.

      You might see an uptight man in his fifties appearing to be longing for retirement as he stares out the window. Maybe you'll see a picture, covered in dust, sitting on his desk of his wife and kids.

      You might see a woman, mid-thirties, trying to sneak a personal phone call in to her child's teacher about the kid’s latest suspension.

      Perhaps a chirpy young receptionist will sit at the front counter wearing slightly inappropriate work clothes, a little too tight, a little too short. She may be answering the phones and flirting shamelessly with the older, established power players in the office.

      You might think you've got these people's numbers before you've even really met them just by observing them. But you very well could be completely wrong. They could have second lives that you'd find jaw dropping or kinky fetishes that would make you blush.
