    Introduction

From Genesis to Revelations, the Bible is a Blood-filled book, chronicling the power of Jesus’ Blood. The purpose of this book is to help you gain greater revelation in your study of the Bible, by becoming Blood-conscious and constantly aware of what Jesus’ Blood did for you on the Cross and what it is still doing for you today. Blood consciousness produces perpetual victory in your life. Perpetual meaning unending, unstoppable, and unchanging. Once you grasp the principles taught in this book, you will have unending, unstoppable, and unchanging victory in your life. No matter what goes on, you will know that by the authority of the Blood, you will still have 100% victory.

You cannot receive anything from God without the Blood and God cannot receive anything from you without the Blood. It goes both ways. Your prayer, faith, meditation, confession, and your worship all need the Blood. To a high degree, the church has tried to work Blood principles without the Blood. It is a common misconception to believe that the Cross is a place of defeat. The Cross is not a place of defeat, it is a place of victory. There is total and complete victory for all who believe in its power.

Similar to how a physical Blood transfusion replenishes your own Blood with that of another’s; Jesus’ Blood is our transfusion that enables us to operate like Jesus. Jesus’ Blood is our transfusion into the supernatural realm. Every time you deal with the shed Blood of Je sus on the Cross, you are taking a Blood transfusion from a natural person to a supernatural person. From a child on the earth, to a child of heaven.

The Word of the Lord came to me early one morning about this message and I think it will be a great introduction to what you are about to receive from this book. Here is what He said:

When you preach or teach about the Blood, you are honoring the Cross of my son which paid for everyone and everything. He who honors the Blood of Jesus, honors me, giving me the freedom to release them into a full realm of living that will expand but can’t fully be explained. Only by faith in the Blood of my son can these paths be walked or taught. You must offer to me the Blood of my son. Remember, that the ram can’t take the place of the lamb and I will not accept a fig leaf life. Your life must be covered by the Blood. Are you an applier of the Blood or a denier of the Blood? You apply the Blood by speaking the things that the Blood has done for you.

So ask yourself that question: Am I an applier of the Blood or a denier of the Blood? Hopefully, with the knowledge you will have acquired by the time you finish reading this book, your answer will become yes! Most people have not been taught enough about the power and benefits of the Blood to even apply it to their lives. But hopefully, with the knowledge you will acquire by the time you finish reading this book, your answer will turn into a yes. You will be able to say, Yes, I am an applier of the Blood! Your life must be covered by the Blood of Jesus, not anything else.

    Fig-Leaf Life

Adam and Eve lived a glorious life in the Garden of Eden prior to the entrance of sin. As a result, they were tempted and fell from their glorious position, and they separated themselves from the life God had originally planned for them. Listening to the deceitful words of the serpent, they ate the fruit of the one tree God specifically commanded them not to eat from. You can read the whole story in Genesis chapter 3 in your own personal study time, but I would like to expressly point out what the results of their disobedience was from verse 7, And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

Before, they didn’t know what it meant to be naked, but because they chose to obey Satan and disobey God, they had to leave from under God’s covering and had to find a way to cover themselves. Using fig leaves was man’s first attempt to cover himself. See, the fig leaf represents anything that you try to do on your own. Anything you try to cover in your life without the Blood cannot please God. The world has come up with all kinds of psychological methods to take the place of Godly principles. While they may be based on actual principles, they will eventually become obsolete for godly principles can never work without God.

Now notice in verse 8, how this fig leaf lifestyle will make you fearful in the presence of God; And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden. Adam and Eve hid when they heard the voice of God because they knew that they had been disobedient.

Verse 21 says, Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.

By one act of disobedience, God’s original plan for His creation was upset. However, God was not upset or frazzled. He is, after all, God. His response to their disobedience foreshadowed something much bigger. The enemy probably thought he won, but this was just a battle. He would not win the war. God knew what Adam and Eve had done would cause negative consequences and He let them know.

Once they left the protection of the Garden and entered into this cold, evil world, He knew those fig leaves would not protect them properly. God decided to cover them His way, by killing an animal and using its coat. He covered
