Food for thought on diet and being more alert during the day, basically it's mostly "know thyself"and "to thyself be true" but knowing how to find that self and truth may be work.Watching what you eat, when and making sure you get sunshine and good food are all important components. He is an opponent of grains, but a lot of what he says is good food for thought.
