    Get a sense of how things relate to one another with a look at early level Measurement. Our resource provides task and word problems surrounding real-life scenarios. Use a quarter to find out how long the desk is. Estimate how long it would take for a tadpole to become a frog. Use a thermometer while learning how to measure temperature. Learn about units of measure by figuring out which would be best to use on certain objects. Count the small boxes that make up a shape to find its area. Use a teaspoon, cup and some water to experiment with volume. Use a paper clip to estimate the weight of a pencil. The task sheets provide a leveled approach to learning, starting with prekindergarten and increasing in difficulty to grade 2. Aligned to your State Standards and meeting the concepts addressed by the NCTM standards, reproducible task sheets, drill sheets, review and answer key are included.
