      Prologue

      I have read this book that you hold in your hands, with great pleasure. This is because Luz has created a literary piece that brings together two important virtues. On one hand, the contents of this book combine many concepts and key fundamentals that, using them correctly, permit one to be ready to advance towards a better working state. This book is an excellent synthesis of ideas that work, regardless of the country and labor market in which they are implemented.

      On the other hand, the author proposes a spiritual vision, an approach that favors personal wellbeing above all. And from personal wellbeing comes the final objective of utilizing the best professional performance as a conduit for an even greater purpose. This is a clear hallmark of the 10 foolproof steps to achieve professional success. Luz achieved this goal by combining her years of professional marketing experience with her prolific spiritual work and personal overcoming that has led to her great success.

      Throughout my professional life, I have experienced many of the challenges that are mentioned in this book and despite having achieved a position of great responsibility in a leading international company I confess that daily success requires a continuous learning process.
