About this ebook
Concentrating on Hegel's political philosophy, George Armstrong Kelly pursues three lines of inquiry. The first is the broad question of the connection of philosophy, politics, and history within Hegel's system of thought. Second, the author explores Hegel's relationship with his surrounding political culture and his rejection of aestheticism for the higher goal of politics. Finally, he analyzes Hegel's theory of the state, its historical and structural foundations, its demolition by a later generation, and its relevance. Professor Kelly explains how Hegel's total philosophical method and system convey his apprehension of the meaning of European culture and its links with a political harmony accessible to modern times.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not: The Daisy BookPoems by Rosy McKenney Illustrations by Pat Welty This book of beautiful simple poems and illustrations gave me a safe space to heal the pains of love's disappointments. Very childlike in it's flavor it reached deep inside my soul to where my inner child still weeps over broken promises and smashed dreams and it reassured her that she was not the only one and that healing really is an option. I would totally recommend this joy of a book to anyone whose path to love has ever been a little bit steep and rocky. This talented duo comforted me in places I had long forgotten, and much needed, and I truly feel it can do the same for others. The Daisy Book has so much love between it's few pages that I totally felt hugged, supported and most of all not alone.Love & Light,Riki Frahmann
