Sarah Britton is the acclaimed holistic nutrionist, writer and photographer behind the popular healthy foods blog My New Roots. She has been featured in Guardian, O Magazine, Bon Appetit and Saveur and has spoken at TedTalks. She gives nutrition seminars and workshops throughout North America and Europe and has collaborated with Michelin-starred chefs, including those at NOMA's Nordic Food Lab, for whom she designed a special menu. She lives in Copenhagen with her husband and their newborn child.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I never write reviews for cookbooks, but this is the cookbook with the best recipes I have ever tried, surpassing even Ottolenghi's Jerusalem which was my holy grail of cookbooks.
The recipes are straightforward, simple and use easy to come by ingredients, but the combos are original and they work (spinach and coriander in soup - yes!). I especially like the soups.
The photography and writing are also really good.
