I never write reviews for cookbooks, but this is the cookbook with the best recipes I have ever tried, surpassing even Ottolenghi's Jerusalem which was my holy grail of cookbooks.
The recipes are straightforward, simple and use easy to come by ingredients, but the combos are original and they work (spinach and coriander in soup - yes!). I especially like the soups.
The photography and writing are also really good.
