About this ebook

This illustrated rhyming book charts the progress of overweight Winston the Mouse: he certainly loves his food! But he gets so big he has to leave his comfortable mouse hole and seek larger accommodation. Made welcome by various animals, he outgrows each home in turn until he decides enough is enough. By limiting what he eats and exercising, he is soon back in shape, and is able to move back into his own home.

A lighthearted story demonstrating the perils of overeating, this book will help mitigate against childhood obesity without fat shaming, and ought to be on most children's reading lists.

I married with two children and grandchildren. After working at a Solicitors 7 years and becoming a mother I also became a childminder for 15 years and also worked as a parent guardian for a private boarding school. After that I also worked in a nursery school and became an accommodation provider for fostered teenagers. I have had lots of experience with children and some health issues over a number of years. I combined both these experiences into writing books to educate young children into healthy eating. I have covered topics such as mental health with Mummy Still Loves Me and autism too with Jake is Different. All my books are published with Crimson Cloak Publishers USA. I am also writing an A - Z animal series.
