Alana Melos

ALANA MELOS is a struggling author who found out writing erotica gave her much more freedom in writing than when she wrote the "serious" literary stuff. Since this discovery, she's endeavored to write the very best interesting, weird, plot-driven, and hot erotica she can. She sincerely hopes to just entertain people, whether they read for the plot, the weird factor, or the racy factor. Along with her loving husband, she lives with a crazy cat. Possessing the mystical Janus Key and lost among a myriad of sexually savage worlds, twins Dirk and Debbie Gudgeon will do anything if only to find their way home. These are the Janus Key Chronicles.

When we last left our heroes, they had transported to a more or less modern world and emerged as treasure hunters! The treasure they were going to get was the missing piece of the Janus Key, which meant their mental directions had worked! The captain got to know Debbie much better, and realized she didn’t belong in this world… but agreed to help them. Debbie and several divers went down to a famous wreck to recover the lost artifact, but we attacked and savaged by sea serpents! The serpents captured Debbie and brought her to an island where she met the sorceress Circe, who had been trapped in this world by an angry god. The sorceress attempted to seduce Debbie, who fought back against her mental manipulations to free herself, grab the missing piece, and escape! She and Dirk met up again on the ship, but when they put the Janus Key together, the red vortex overwhelmed them, and transported them… where Debbie woke up in another world… alone.

Here is where we pick up the story….

    Chapter One

As the redness faded from view, Debbie groaned and held her head. Jeez, that thing is going to make my head explode sometime, Dirk…. Debbie let her words trail off as she realized she heard lots of hostile sounds nearby. She looked around her immediate area and saw she was alone in a copse of trees. Dirk was nowhere to be found. Dirk? she asked, getting up. Confused, she looked around, Dirk, where are you?

A large, brutish figure crashed through the underbrush which hid her from view. Aha! What’s this? a deep voice asked. A valkyrie? Wrong place to be, valkyrie! Debbie blinked as she realized the fur clad brute addressed her, and she reached for a weapon which wasn’t there. The geologist turned back to the warrior clad in leathers and fur who held a straight blade with no pommel guard, much like a Roman gladius, but longer. He wasn’t a bad looking sort though the thick brown beard did much to hide the features of his face. As she looked down at herself, she saw she wore a similar outfit in fur and leather, stitched together roughly. Valkyrie… she thought, and it all clicked into place: she was somewhere in ancient Norway or Sweden.

Uh, hold there, mortal, she said while keeping a wary eye on him. Don’t anger the gods. Much to her surprise, the viking laughed long and hard at that. Offense welling within her, Debbie looked around for a weapon and realized that she was a weapon… this god Janus wanted her to play his game, well, it could be played two ways. There is a way you can curry favor with me, she said while letting her hand run down her body and raising a brow.

The warrior stopped and looked behind him. In the distance, Debbie could hear sounds of a battle, but it seemed far enough away she didn’t think she needed to worry about it right now. Satisfied with whatever he saw or heard, he turned back to Debbie and grinned. We might have time, he said, stepping closer to her.

The sounds were pretty far away, but that could change in a heartbeat. She decided to make this as fast as she could unless she saw
