    The messages in this book were written over many years. These started soon after I attended a seminar in the mid-nineties on ‘Communion with God’ and ‘Hearing God’s Voice’ by Dr. Mark Virkler.

    There was this desire in me to have a deeper walk with God and to know what His plan and purpose was for my life and to see the fulfilment of His healing promises to take place in the life of my daughter Amy.

    After the seminar, I started putting into practice what we had been suggested to do. During my quiet times with the Lord, I would sit with pen and paper ready to receive from Him, knowing that His Spirit was willing to convey to me what was on His heart.

    As you find yourself dipping into these pages, may you be inspired by the Holy Spirit to receive encouragement, hope and strength, so to continue your faith’s journey and fulfill your Kingdom destiny that He has purposed for you.

      CHAPTER 1

      MY PLAN FOR YOU

      CHAPTER 1 – MY PLAN FOR YOU

      The Peace You Will Enjoy

      "For I know the plans I have

      for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans

      to prosper you and not to harm

      you, plans to give you hope and

      a future" (Jeremiah 29:11).

      Yes, I have a plan for you, a plan for good and not for evil. Many are the ways you could walk but oh, the peace you will enjoy when you walk in My ways! You shall be treading on paths unknown to you for where I lead you is a way not thought up by man but planned and purposed by Me.

      My glory shall surround you for I shall touch you. Your mouth shall speak for you will hear the things I say and your eyes will see the deep things that I will reveal to you.

      You can do nothing without Me but you can do everything in and through Me because My Spirit is in you and upon you for He is your Helper.

      Not that we are sufficient of

      ourselves to think of anything

      as being from ourselves, but

      our sufficiency is from God

      (2 Corinthians 3:5).

      There Is An Appointed Time

      By faith we understand that the

      worlds were framed by the word

      of God, so that the things which

      are seen were not made of things

      which are visible (Hebrews 11:3).

      As My Spirit hovered over the heavens and the earth while yet formless and empty, there came a time, an appointed time for life to begin and I said: Let there be! and whatever I said, it became, for out of something formless, something came into being which was all according to My plan and according to My word. (See Genesis Chapter 1.)

      I told Jeremiah that before he was born I had already set him apart to be a prophet to the nations. Likewise, there is to be a fulfilment of the plans I have for you because there is an appointed time for everything, the unseen has to become reality. Call on My Spirit to reveal this to you and you shall surely walk into your destiny that I have ordained for you.

      My children, I am always with you!

      Before I formed you in the

      womb I knew you; before you

      were born I sanctified you;

      and I ordained you a prophet

      to the nations (Jeremiah 1:5).

      Walking Into Your Destiny

      Your eyes saw my unformed

      body. All the days ordained

      for me were written in your

      book before one of them came

      to be (Psalm 139:16 NIV).

      Yes, your days have been known to Me since before the foundation of the world and when in due time I spoke prophetic words over you by My servants, I was speaking your destiny into existence. My words are a signature to that.

      You will get a clearer understanding of that which is to be walked into. As for Me, it is already signed, sealed and delivered for it is My covenant to you. So with that knowledge, you need not be afraid to start walking into your destiny for you can step into this with confidence.

      When Joshua was about to enter into the ‘promised land’ - I told him that I would give him every place where he would set his foot, as I promised to Moses. (See Joshua 1:1-3.)

      Now you too will walk in confidence for I have paved a way before you.

      Be strong and of good courage;

      do not be afraid, nor be

      dismayed, for the Lord your

      God is with you wherever

      you go (Joshua 1:9b).

      I Will Use You

      Train up a child in the way

      he should go, and when he

      is old he will not depart

      from it (Proverbs 22:6).

      I am the One who has brought you to this place so far. Since you were a little child till now I have been with you. You were born into My family from your mother’s womb, I knew you then as I know you now. There has never been a time where you have not known Me for your parents have instilled into your heart a knowledge of Me.

      I honor parents that teach their children to walk in My ways, for life without Me does not make sense for I am all in all. I hold you and all things in My hand and I have a purpose and plan for each one of My children.

      Pray for your children and grandchildren and yes, even your great-grandchildren without ceasing for it will cause My Spirit to open their hearts so they too will come to know Me and walk in My plan for them as they grow in their relationship with Me.

      Be prepared, for others shall come along your path and often without you being aware, I will use you to have an input into their lives. You must also be expectant and be on the look-out for those that are searching - so when you are open to My leading – then you will see opportunities arise.

      But as for me, I trust in You, O Lord;

      I say, You are my God. My times

      are in Your hand (Psalm 31:14-15a).

      Bring them up in the training

      and instruction of the Lord

      (Ephesians 6:4b NIV).

      Stir Up The Gifts

      Therefore I remind you to stir

      up the gift of God which is in

      you through the laying on of

      my hands (2 Timothy 1:6).

      You are hesitant about the responsibilities of the call that is on your life. Understand this, that when I call you out for a particular task, I am always with you.

      However, you must stir up the gifts that are within you that have been placed there by Me for with the call upon your life, comes the ability to walk it out to its fulfilment.

      Stay in My Word, build up your spirit and it will flow out to others.

      Do not neglect the gift that is in

      you, which was given you through

      a prophetic message when the

      body of elders laid their hands on

      you. Be diligent in these matters;

      give yourself wholly to them,

      so that everyone may see your

      progress (1Timothy 4:14-15 NIV).

      I Will Equip You

      For we are His workmanship,

      created in Christ Jesus for good

      works, which God prepared

      beforehand that we should

      walk in them (Ephesians 2:10).

      I have put the desires in your heart to fulfill what I have prepared for you. You cannot bring it to pass unless My Holy Spirit leads you and helps you. Always remember that it is not your power or ability I am after, but your willingness and your availability to be used in whatever way I choose.

      Be confident in this and be assured that I will equip you in whatever situation I set before you. I will open the doors necessary for you to enter. What would seem impossible to you is possible for
