About this ebook
"Could a revival of church growth happen in the United States? Could we see a wave of church planting, campuses, and leadership reproduction? Is it possible to do more in the future than what has been dreamed of in the past? I believe that it is."—Jeff Leake
The journey of planting a church is exciting and rewarding, but it involves more than simply charting a course to launch. In Multiplier Churches, Jeff Leake opens the door to a world of options available to pastors and churches for growing and reproducing. Drawing on his experience in implementing these steps, he proposes a shift in thinking to create a climate for a church-planting movement.
The Assemblies of God makes church multiplication potential even more possible through parent affiliated churches, or PAC for short. To find out more about church planting, visit www.churchmultiplication.net.

Multiplier Churches - Jeff Leake
God
Introduction
Can you imagine how fast the kingdom of God would grow if every follower of Jesus just won one person to Christ every year? That simple step would mean 100 percent growth in just one year. We could double in size by doing one simple thing.
Maybe you have heard that vision cast before. Maybe you have even used that thought before, if you are a pastor or spiritual leader.
We say it. We hear it. But we all know that it most likely will never happen! Why? Because it seems to be impossible to get everyone to do anything. Some will do it. Others will avoid it. Some will get around to it, but not right away. Some will refuse to do it simply because someone else told them they needed to do it.
We use the same kinds of imaginative statements when casting vision for the growth of a movement like the Assemblies of God. Can you imagine,
we might say, if every leader reproduced themselves in another leader within the next year?
or If every church would plant another church? We could double the size of every district in one year if every church planted one church!
Even as we say such things, something inside us tells us just how impossible it seems. There is just no way that we could require or induce every church to plant another church. In fact, not every church should reproduce! Some of them are too unhealthy. And not every church has enough leaders or resources to
