About this ebook
The tale contained within these pages is a true story about my life and prayer. Prayer is so powerful, people dont understand it. You have to know how to pray. Some people pray so fast that it is just words coming out of their mouth. I find that this is not the way to communicate with God. Pray from your heart and soul. Pray to God as if you were talking to your son or daughter, or someone you love. Talk from the heart when you want them to understand you love them. God is the same way. Be quiet and open up your heart when talking to the Lord. You will soon find out that your prayers are getting through. If I pray to Mary, I pray the same way, not just words coming out real fast. Even if I pray to a saint, I pray the same way, from my heart and soul.
I feel as though people only pray to God when they want something, like a bigger home or new car. They never thank God for what they have. I believe tragedy brings us closer to God. Most people feel that praying to God and asking for something will get them instant gratification.

THE POWER OF PRAYER HERE AND BEYOND
This is my life the power of prayer. I grew up in Newark, New Jersey. I started in a public school kindergarten to second grade. My mother got sick when I was about to go into the third grade so I had to go live with my grandparents on a farm. I missed half of the school term. When my mother came out of hospital and I went back to the city, she started me in a Catholic school.
At first I was terrified of the nuns but as time went on, I realized they were regular people. That’s when I learned about God and I started to pray the Hail Mary. We went the school every day five days a week and every day before class we went to church. I was an altar boy at that time. All of a sudden I found out I have a learning disability. At first they thought I did not want to learn, but I had trouble reading and spelling. I could remember numbers and things that happened. If I took an oral test, I had high marks but with a written test, I couldn’t do it. I even had one of the nuns say, I think you missed out in the lower grades.
She went and got books from the second and third grade and tried to teach me I couldn’t grasp it. As time went on the nuns were good to me. They took an interest in me and I learned how to pray the Hail Mary and I started to pray to her all the time. Whenever I had a take a test I would pray to her and I would find myself getting very close to the Lord. Around the fifth grade, things really started to happen to me. One day I raised my hand to go to the bathroom and when I was in there, another kid from different grade that I know, happened to be there. He says to me, "Danny you
