About this ebook

A woman (Catherine) goes to Montenegro seeking adventure as well as to escape her hum-drum life. She experiences more than she had hoped for, but also becomes involved with the leader of a local gang who keeps her as a hostage for his own sexual fulfillment until she's able to escape. She finds her way to the border with the help of several locals, but is once again held as a hostage by a demented police officer that believes she was sent to him for him to be married with. He brings her to meet his family and they welcome her into their home with the same belief that she will be married to him. They dance, eat and drink for days until one by one they become so drunk that they finally pass out, including Catherine. She is awoke the following morning by the family dog that licks her on her face and she quickly realizes that she has only seconds to make yet one more escape.

There's a neighbor's son that has just started to leave from his driveway. Catherine pleads with him to let her go with him, he allows her to get inside but she must ride in the back seat. As they drive toward the border, Catherine falls asleep. Once arriving at the border the young man abruptly wakes Catherine up by shaking her and pulling her out of his car and drags her across the border and leaves her there.

She wakes up with a man standing over her. He kneels down beside her and whispers something into her ear that makes her smile and then laugh. He walks away as she slowly stands up and looks at the crossing gate, and slowly walks towatd it.

Will she go back? It all depends on what happens after she returns to her home.
