I'm King. I'm African by birth and English by accent. I was born inside a yellow transit bus on April 15, 1993. I'm dark chocolate in complexion with a strong athletic build. In 2013, I packed my life's belongings in two large duffel bags and traveled to a French country, hoping to begin life as a university freshman. After four years of undergraduate study, I left the university without a degree. Life is simple to me, but not in the way I like it to be. I don't believe in luck. Luck is a man-made device. I believe the real word is miracle. I believe in miracles. Miracles abound everyday if we open our eyes to them. I believe in love. Without love, there'd be no happiness, and without love, there'd be no freedom. I dream of a country where love is the only law. I believe in happy-ever-after. There's a place of perfect joy. I believe in a brighter future. I daily envision a great future unveiling before me. My immediate timeline may not be realistic, but I'm confident that I'll get there someday.
