    I was born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. My grandfather was full blood Cherokee and his stories are what started my love for storytelling. My first real job was in the Army from 1989 to 1992. I served in the 1st Calvary Division's 312th Military Intelligence Battalion. I was in the Long Range Surveillance Detachment (LRSD). I served most of my time at Fort Hood, Texas. I also served a tour of duty in Saudi Arabia and Iraq during the first Gulf War. I have spent most of my adult life working in the Steel Industries and I am now an Indie Writer.
