A Southern scoop shop with a modern spin, Hattie Jane’s Creamery shares both a name and a birthday with founder Claire Crowell’s daughter. The COO of A. Marshall Hospitality (Puckett’s; Deacon’s New South) landed on the decision thanks to a suggestion from her dad, Andy Marshall. The first shop opened in Columbia in 2016, with a second location arrriving in Murfreesboro eight months later.
